The location of this Greg's is very good if you want to quickly run in for a bite. Not alot of space to eat in and the wait can be long at peak times but it's excellent for hot food on the go.
Staff are very slow. They need to work on there listening skills. And there attitude isn't the best

Really good Gregg's and the queues are dealt with quicker than other branches. Decent manager.
I ordered two sausage rolls but there was only one left. There were no apologies. The staff were rude as the person serving us stopped to talk to another member of staff and flung the sausage roll across the counter. The sausage roll was cold and of poor quality. I have never been to a Greggs with such inadequate quality of both food and service. Wasn't worth the visit.This needs improvement as it was highly unsatisfactory.
