Awful. I cant bring my self to type out the list of mistakes. We almost left before we had ordered starters (really wished we had) and by the time we had finished the experience was so poor that the whole bill was wiped. I dont want an experience so bad that I don't have to pay. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were decent people. First time in this restaurant and it will definitely be my last. A waste of 60 on a baby sitter.
Toilets are shared, and dirty. Food is good. Check your bill, a random bottle of champagne was added to ours. Service was incredibly slow.
I'm very fond of this place with its decent menu, friendly service and fantastic football stadium roof. Sometimes the background music is intrusively loud and sometimes the young staff get a little overwhelmed, otherwise it would have got five stars. Still a very nice place for Sunday lunch though. Update for December 2018: Staff still friendly and helpful. Music still too loud. Have to agree with some other reviewers that the toilets need improving. They smell pretty rank.
Food was excellent - especially the items from the grill. Slight mix up with our mains but the service was brilliant and the team really went the extra mile to sort everything out. We went home happy and very full. Thanks again!
Food was well presented and quite delicious. A good selection of cocktails and many more off list as well. Service was prompt and efficient. The waiters were friendly and polite.
