Not had the best service here a couple of times. I had my bike converted to a 1x11 setup, and whilst they supplied a decent Hope ring they didnt use an narrow wide one which would have worked much better and cost no more.When the bike was back with them, they had a look over it and recommended it have a full service.... but they themselves had only serviced it 1 week prior!
Brilliant service, friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy to spend the time and answer lots of my silly (?) questions. Having looked around a lot of times, it felt like the right place to buy my dream bike. My fitting lasted twice as long as scheduled, Gary was dedicated to getting it just right. Id been to other fittings before but they just werent as detailed and rigorous as Garys. Definitely be going back for future needs, just a shame parking is difficult.
Wildside are professional, attentive, and responsive. I recently purchased from them a Specialized Levo S-works. There was an initial motor problem, and they immediately jumped on it and worked all hours to get it fixed just before I headed off with the bike to France. The bike is AMAZING and I'd go right back to Wildside for any other purchases. Thanks!
What a fantastic bike shop! I went for a bike fit recently and it was excellent. Gary was so knowledgable and thorough which made the whole experience great, and the comprehensive report to take away at the end is ideal. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area, even if it's just to admire the great range of bikes and kit available. Really pleased with the service and will be back very soon!
Excellent customer service and bike fitting/building service from professional staff who have a real passion for cycling. Honest and genuine advice was given throughout the whole bike building process. I would be very happy to return again for future bike purchases.
