I have just completed my second hire with the Tunbridge Wells branch (LWB van) and again it was an easy and efficient process. Steve was helpful and made the pick-up and drop-off straightforward and quick. The rates are good, the vans are modern and they are a good business to deal with.
I hired a small van from Practical last week to get me to and from a festival site I was working at. The van was in great condition, drove beautifully and did exactly what I needed it to. The customer service at Practical was excellent, both on the phone when I made the initial booking and then in person. A special thanks to Gemma for helping me check-in on a particularly stressful morning! The only reason I've given four stars is because it would be good to have an option to drop-off out of hours. As the office is closed on bank holidays, I ended up having to hire the van for an extra day that I didn't need. Aside from that, a great experience and very reasonably priced hire. Thank you!
