I had reason to return a pair of trousers as the sizing was not right and the service I received was second to none! The girl who served me apologised that she had no stock in Tunbridge Wells but that she would check other stores. She did this while I waited and located a pair in Guildford. She called them, requested that they send me a pair. The replacement pair was received by me at my home address the following day by recorded delivery! I love Pure clothing and can really recommend the customer service they provide. Thank you!
