Extremely dissatisfied and my case hasn't been to court yet! Have phoned numerous times, only to be told by an automated service that they are busy, then it hangs up! When finally I got through, was informed that the documentation which was sent via recorded delivery and have a receipt for, was never received. When I told her this, I was pathetically told that they are 'snowed under' and it can't be helped! This extremely low level of service does not place any faith in the justice service for me. The court process is an intimidating and scary time for us mere mortals but this is people's lives that they are dealing with, the lack of understanding and care has much to be desired. If this was a business, I very much doubt that they would be trading for much longer!
The lady on the other end was very blunt, and was actively trying to get rid of me. I thought it was supposed to be a helpline?
Going to the court is never fun but I found that the staff are super helpful and I always got excellent advice over the phone. It's weird to leave a "Loved it" review to a court but I do find that people who work here are trying to make life easier for those in difficult situations.
They did not follow up Warrant of Execution returned to them from Northampton when the cheque the Bailiff collected bounced , then when i wrote a few months latter asking the state of play on the claim they failed to even answer my letter !
Lost case file.They never call you back when they say they will.Overall a very poor service.
