Stupidly I'd forgotten all about this place. Superb knowledge and very helpful staff. I was in there for over an hour going through every detail of a TV and not once were they trying to hurry me along.Price matched black Friday deals, even after I purchased the week before. Difference refunded to my card.Can't ask for more
Fantastic customer service. The staff were really knowledgeable and friendly. I went in on Black Friday and even though they were very tired and busy (after 5PM), I received very good support towards buying a TV. The store manager (Richard) even went an extra mile to make sure I'm happy with my purchase.Thank you Richard and all of the team from Richer Sounds Tunbridge Wells. I will lightheartedly recommend you to anyone.

Very slow service but to be fair it was quire late on a Saturday afternoon. Lots of other people waiting too-not all being exactly fair about who was next! Felt that another member of staff would have eased the situation and improved the atmosphere somewhat.
