Good customer service on purchase, 5 weeks for delivery of a mattress is on reflection far to long on a order, fair price.tried to chase up order via live chat who were a waste of time ,store didn't sound bothered and currently have no delivery date ,wouldn't recommend buying from this store if timescale is important.
Despite an initial lack of available help, the individual who assisted us when free from other customers was great. Very knowledgeable, thorough and assisted us throughout our purchase very efficiently. It is a shame there were not other members of the team available with the product knowledge he had. His assistance resulted in us purchasing primarily because he knew what he was talking about. We would happily buy from him again.
We were looking for new furniture for the home. We were greeted by Andy who was a great help. His knowledge and mannerism in helping us choose the right sofa and dining table and chairs were next to none. We experienced great service from Andy and good value for money on all our new furniture and certainly would recommend furniture village to all my family and friends.
I had a very successful visit to Furniture Village Tunbridge Wells on the 12th December and received excellent service from their Sales Consultant, Barry Wheeler. I paid a deposit on a bed and a table with 4 chairs which will be delivered at the end of January 2019. Barry showed me much patience whilst I made up my mind and gave me valuable and very helpful advice. I will definitely shop there again in the future.
On the two separate occasions that we came to the shop we were dealt with by two different sales assistants. They both acted with a good attitude and humour and explained all that we needed to know. My wife and I were happy to make a purchase on our second visit and look forward to giving Furniture Village full marks when our settees are delivered on time.
