Well stocked and tries to be something for everyone. Almost succeeds
Good, But wanted buy a Morphy Richards soup maker,they only had the one on show,of which i couldn,t buy,I will try next week.
Only gave this one star as cannot leave a review without one. Hugely disappointed and angry. This store let us down VERY badly in several ways. The store manager couldnt be bothered to to talk to us in person to address issues. Additionally the toilets were dirty and the cafe area was freezing cold. We will never visit this store again.
I went in to the store yesterday to purchase some towels. There were some on the shelf the colour I wanted which had a 25% discount. I took them to the till & they came up as the original price so I told the cashier that they were priced on the shelf at 25% discount. He called his supervisor who said they were not discounted anymore, so I told her I didn't want them. I went back in the next day & woe & behold they were still on the shelf at the discounted price. This has happened to me before in The Range. I think they ought to keep an eye on their end of discount days & finish them on time so they don't have so many disappointed customers.
Used to be a great destination for various interior design stuff, but we were disappointed after our last visit. Not much choice any more, looked semi-empty...
