Did a quote online, called up and the guy said he will go away and try to sort it out the policy. Told me to temporarily cover my car for 5 days which I was happy to do as I got a good quote from BG Insurance. Called up today to set it up and they said it couldn't be done. I've now wasted 111 insuring my car for five days. Would not recommend!!
Been with BG for over 3 years and after every renewal there is always an issue as they simply don't read their emails or update any information. Odd thing is that there is always an cost involved to update data/information that they asked for but ever updated their systems with. After just 5 days of renewal called to say I have not disclosed info which was given every time for the last three renewals. Time to cancel and move to a bigger supplier. Avoid BG at all costs will be cheaper and less stressful in the end.
