My daughter took her twin boys ages four weeks to be registered at the library. She couldnt even get the double buggy into the building let alone into the lift to acccess the registrar. No double buggy access and buggy/wheelchair access to the lifts! How is this acceptable? Luckily she had someone with her but no one on their own requiring access of this type would be able to register their baby or a death. This is 2019. How is this right?
