Visited this clinic this morning for pregnancy-related pelvic and lower back pain. Self-referring was so easy and the private consultation a very reasonable price; I even got a short notice weekend appointment. So pleased I didnt listen to others telling me theres not really anything anyone can do for this common problem - the physio I saw was fantastic and thorough. I was fitted for a support band there and then and taught how protect my back and pelvis with techniques and stretches/exercises as I grow. Fully recommend.
Wouldnt recommend these at all - called to enquire about treatment after being advised to contact them through couple of friends - called and was advised they have high over heads and wouldnt treat rather take my money elsewhere. Clearly dont need the clientele

My family and I have used the members of this practice for many years. They are all extremely knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Personally I use the services of Brendan Burke. He has always diagnosed the problem quickly and set me on a course of treatment which has resolved the problem. One aspect of his service that I like, compared with other Physios I have used in the past ,is that he will only give you the number of treatments necessary and will not keep you returning unnecessarily.
I went to my GP with a recurring shoulder problem and was referred to The Wells clinic. Was more than impressed with the expertise and customer service I received.One of my best customer experiences ever was a phone call from them suggesting to create another appt sooner otherwise I would not receive NHS funding for it. They had no reason, had clearly used their intelligence and decided to provide great customer service. Very very impressive.
