An absolute pleasurable experience. I've been buying exclusive cars for over 35 years and this stands out as one of, if not, the best. I have special praise for Harry Bryant who was extremely helpful and efficient. My part exchange deal was on target and the Bentley I bought exceptionally presented from the off. I had several extras which were fitted exactly as agreed. On the day of collection, Harry couldn't have handled it better and presented me with my Continental GT under a cover in the showroom. The cover was removed and the car had been beautifully prepared with all my expectations met. Well Done!
I expect that most buyers of a Bentley will have reached an age in life where they have experience of having bought a number of cars from different dealers over the years, which certainly is the case with me. I further think that one would expect a first-class experience and service from an authorised Bentley dealer such as Grange. I do feel however that Harry and Will at Grange deserve singling out for praise, as in my case, they immediately understood their clients requirements, and were able to deliver swiftly and efficiently a no-nonsense sale, which surpassed my expectations, (which were high in the first place). I have been in business for many years, and I have to say that in terms of customer care, efficiency and delivery, these guys are the market leaders great team and dealership in my opinion.
