Tunbridge Wells Thames Motor Group lacks service, knowledge and I believe knowingly sold me a dud. The list of issues I have with my car is endless, from the point of sale, right through to the numerous issues I have had with a car. Their no1 priority is get the sale and from that point on their service is beyond non existent.. I would urge anyone to think twice before purchasing a vehicle from this company. I foolishly and naively thought a dealer garage would be trustworthy, honest, reputable and care about their customers, sadly this is not the case. I would rate them a minus if I could !
Brought a jeep renegade from this dealer very happy from ordering to pick up excellent. Staff very good from Natasha showing us the car to josh taking us out on a test drive. The salesman Rob was very helpful polite and very efficient would definitely recommend everyone there. Thanks
