Absolutely disgusted with the serious and expensive problems Halfords in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells have caused, My car was only booked in for a basic repair (yes labour intensive) but then to be told they didnt have the equipment to do it anyway resulting in Halfords at Tunbridge Wells ALSO causing MORE damage/problems. Legal action to follow.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I took the car for an MoT test. I had initially booked with another centre but then found Halfords cheaper. I found myself at the wrong entrance so phoned up. A member of staff (Elliott)was helpful and came out to escort me to the right place. Test was fairly quick, and thankfully car only had advisory.
Fantastic service as usual. The staff are so honest and helpful, they didn't charge me for diagnosis despite having the car in for 2 days. They referred me to Fiat as it was an issue that was more specialised for the repair. Most garages would charge for their time and I'm extremely grateful to Elliot for his genorisity.
Free slots were available for the same weekend.MOT was completed within the time slot quoted.Friendly and helpful staff members. Work done / MOT results fair and adequate for the condition of the car.This was our second MOT with this branch and we will be coming back when our next MOT will be due.
