On way to work in TW, alternator broke in car. As I'm 20 miles from home, the Miles team fitted me in, even though they already had a busy day scheduled. Sorted issue in 3 hours whilst I worked and car is working brilliantly. Can't thank them enough for helping me today!!
Not great, issue wasn't fixed and they run a full service instead of fixing the problem, on picking up the issue got worse :(
Unhappy that lots of extra works were carried out without contacting me first. Ending up spending 3 times the original estimate.
