First hygienist appointment cancelled with less than a week's notice so there goes my booked leave. Next available appointment is a whole month later because the hygienist only works three days a week. I'll find somewhere else with a bit more depth of cover and flexibility.
Beware! I was 8 minutes late due to public transport and the dentist refused to see me. Total arrogance and will never go back.
I have been at this practise for a few years until now. Fillings that fall out after two years, charged to replace, a root canal that was so painful I was crying in pain,and finally, an undiagnosed bone cyst resulting in facial surgery. New dentist has commented on poor work done.
