Good place to shop. Easy locate items required and staff are always helpful
Large store yet it felt empty - lots of floor space was unused and what furniture displays they did have were spread out more than most stores would be. Clearly they are struggling with both customer numbers and corporate strategy.I spent time looking at both pillows and mattresses. The pillows were well sealed in their packaging and with very few shop floor examples to look at, it was not possible to check out the one I may have been interested in buying. Even more strange I found no prices by the beds, except for the smaller items like the bedside tables. I can only assume they want you to call an assistant over to tell you and start a sales pitch, something I don't require. If I want to buy something, I will. Just have the price of the mattresses on obvious display, period.
I shop at M&S on a regular basis. The shop is well laid out and covers a wide range of styles and sizes. They also have a good food selection and flowers. There are rest rooms and a recently updated cafe. Hot and cold food selection at a reasonable price.
Can't go wrong with M&S! Food is always high quality, store is always clean. No complaints.
Spacious. Good food section.Pleasent cafe although coffee could of been hotter. Great selection of furniture and furnishings.Easy parking.
