It's the best surgery I've ever attended, as all the staff are great and really helpful
I have been a patient here for nearly twenty years and cannot praise the Doctors and other professionals here highly enough. We are lucky to have Dr Matt Smialowski as our family doctor and he deserves a medal, as he is always so professional, courteous and thorough under huge pressure.We have met all the regular doctors, at one time or another, and would not hesitate in highly recommending any of them. We just hope that they are able to put up with the ever increasing pressure they are put under and stay with Grosvenor Medical Centre.
I phoned as soon as surgery opened for an appt for my wife who is not registered at this surgery. Very helpful telephonist guided me through to an appt that morning. She saw Dr Yates who examined her and identified problem .very quickly. Prescription issued. NHS at its best.

They are always so accomodating and helpful whenever I've needed anything. All the staff from reception to the GP's are the same in my experience
