Over the past couple of years, I think I've seen every doctor, nurse and midwife who work here - and they've all been excellent. The reception staff are also very helpful and, when really needed, it's usually possible to get a same day appointment (much more so than any other surgery I've dealt with in the past).
Very happy with the surgery so far. Much easier to get an appointment than my previous doctors (crowborough).
Awful surgery. Try calling early in the morning for an appointment as told and they take the phone off the hook so youre left ringing and ringing until theyre ready to answer. Hours later you finally get through and are told you shouldve called this morning. When you say you did but couldnt get through they just ignore you. Could be on your death bed and the receptionist will ask if its even urgent or if you can wait till tomorrow. Atrocious service and the doctors half the time dont know what theyre talking about. would definitely not recommend this place, also previously given false information and told that I was fine, when in actual fact I had a kidney infection.
